We established
Papa's Smoke Kitchen in April 2024 with one goal in mind: to share the authentic flavors of Brazil with Japan. After a lot of trial and error, we're proud to offer a taste that only Papa Roberto himself could create. We hope you’ll enjoy every bite!

Our bacon is carefully smoked after infusing it for 3 days with 16 hand-picked spices. One of the standout spices, chimichurri, adds a flavorful South American twist that brings out the true Brazilian-inspired taste!
