Every Thursday you can enjoy our delicious in-house made sausages at a great price from Papa's Smoke Kitchen!

Papa's Smoke Kitchen is a new venture and original brand of The Hungry Moose that focuses on making and selling Brazilian sausages and smoked bacon. Our smoke chef Roberto is originally from Brazil and uses the traditional methods of creating authentic Brazilian sausages here in Japan.

Brazil is said to consume twice as much meat as Japan. To reflect that, Roberto packs each sausage with a generous helping for a meaty, plump and juicy finish! Each sausage weighs in at about 100g and has long been a favorite menu item here at The Hungry Moose.
